I will be able to acuratly model Solid 3D figures in Rhino.

Instructions:
Model each of the figures on the aheet below in Rhino.  Upload a rendered picture of each to Google Classroom.

tudent Learning Target:
I will be able to demonstrate and apply the design process.
I will be able to use dimensions and basic 2D Rhino Skills to create parts to be cut on the laser engraver.
I will be able to create parts that fit together accurately.

Design Statement/ Parameters:
·         Use the drawing below to draw the first side of your cube in the TOP view in Rhino.  USE SMALL OBJECT INCHES
·         Create a Geometric pattern inside the piece you drew.
·         Create 6 Copies of your piece in Rhino
·         Make another one that is .244” smaller with the same size teeth
·         Extrude your design, and assemble the model.
·         Cut out on laser.
·         Assemble your project

Finished Product:    The following items must be turned in to earn credit
Portfolio Entry with:
                Fully Rendered Rhino Model
                Picture of Finished Model

Learning Target:
I will be able to use Rhino to design variety of surfaces and solids.
I will be able to present my 3D Design in a visual format.

Success Criteria:
I will know I am successful when I because I will be able to demonstrate a variety of tools in Rhino used in this project and tell my teacher how I used these tools.

Design Statement:
You task is to design a glass top dinning room table with at least 4 place settings. From there you will design the chairs and the rest of the room around this table. Everything must be drawn to real world size (if in doubt of what that might be, look it up)

Learning Target: I will be able to use the Rail Revolve, Sweep, and Split comands to create an object in Rhino.
Success Criteria: I will know I am able to do this because I will be able to explain the use of these tools to a neighbor.

Task: Using the tutorial video below, please design a Jack O Lantern, create a rendered model of it, and submit it to Google Classroom.
